Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at KBM Tools.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

If we find the delivery time will take more than 48 working days, we will contact you with a new dispatch time. At that point, if the new delivery time is acceptable to you, we will process the order or you can choose to cancel the order and get your money refunded in the mode of payment it was received by us within 15 days from your request. 

We are constantly working to reduce the delivery time with our vendors and will update this page as and when this happens. We will also update this on our social networking profiles so do subscribe to our channels.

  1. You have 48-hour (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Original packaging (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.)
  6. Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
  7. Original packing slip.
  8. All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
  9. All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.
  10. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
  11. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or store credit may be issued, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If you have ordered the wrong items we will deduct 2.5% of processing fee in your refund amount. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Once the return is approved, customers will be provided with instructions on returning the item. Return shipping costs may be covered by KBM Tool depending on the circumstances.

Cancellation & Returns

 For the benefit of our buyers, we aim to provide all relevant details on our website for each item along with their images. This takes a whole lot of effort to compile.Please make sure to select the right product as per your requirement as unfortunately, We do not accept returns.  In the event of any manufacturing defect brought to our notice within 48-Hours of delivery, we will provide a replacement product at the earliest. We will need you to send back the product in its Original Packing with all accessories, instruction booklets, etc. that came with the pack (if any). Timelines of which will be informed to you at the time of generating a Return Request.

  • Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team at sales@kbmtools.com/+971 6 536 1999 with their order details.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. In such cases, customers may refer to our return policy for options.
Purchases with Receipt

Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be refunded to the original form or payment (credit card, cash, credited to your account, PayPal, refunded via Store Credit, etc.), unless noted in our Exceptions. Store stock products found to be defective can be exchanged or swapped in-store for the same stock item within the product’s return policy period.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Issues 

 In the event that your purchase malfunctions under Warranty (Warranty period explicitly specified), please send us an email at sales@kbm.tools.com  with images and description of the problem and our team will assist you with repairs or replacement. Please note that the prerogative to repair or replace is ours. We are always available to assist our valued clients. 

Exceptions:

Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged.

Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.

Policy Updates:

KBM Tool reserves the right to update or modify this refund, return, and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
